User content terms
What happens to content you submit, and what you are responsible for.
What counts as user content
User content is anything you submit to shrinQ, such as messages, feedback, survey or form responses, and any comments or posts in features we may add later. The personal entries you make inside the interactive tools are handled as described in our privacy policy.
The license you grant
When you send us content, you grant shrinQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content for the limited purpose of operating and improving the service and responding to you. You keep ownership of what you submit.
Your responsibilities
- Only submit content you have the right to share.
- Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful.
- Do not include other people's private information without their permission.
- Follow our community guidelines.
Removal
We may remove or decline to use content that breaks these terms or our community guidelines, and we may limit access in response. We are not obligated to monitor or publish user content.
Not medical advice
Submitting content does not create a doctor-patient relationship, and our replies are not medical advice. shrinQ is education, not therapy, diagnosis, treatment, crisis care, or medical advice. Contact forms and messages are not monitored for emergencies.
