Access and personal use

shrinQ is sold as a one-time purchase that grants you personal, non-transferable access to the program for your own use. The content is for your individual, educational use. It may not be copied, resold, redistributed, or shared, in whole or in part, without written permission.

By purchasing and using shrinQ, you confirm that you've read and understood the medical disclaimer, that you understand shrinQ is educational and not treatment, and that you accept these terms. The program is intended for adults eighteen and older. The shrinQ team will confirm the access period and the program platform's account terms before launch.

Refund policy

shrinQ offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. If within 14 days of purchase you feel shrinQ isn't right for you, contact [email protected] and you'll receive a full refund, with no explanation required.

The refund policy appears clearly at checkout, alongside a reminder that shrinQ is educational, that outcomes aren't guaranteed, and that individual results vary.

What you are buying

You are buying access to a structured educational program: four phases, eleven modules, a Module 0 self-assessment, a Phase 1 checkpoint, the shrinkMD Reset framework, and interactive exercises you complete on the page. A premium tier with audio companions is planned for later and is not part of this purchase.

No professional relationship

Purchasing or using shrinQ does not create a doctor-patient, clinician-patient, or any other professional treatment relationship with Dr. Shariq Refai, with shrinkMD, or with anyone affiliated with them. shrinQ is general education made available to the public. It is not individualized care.

Outcomes

Individual responses to educational material vary. No specific outcome, improvement, or result is promised or guaranteed.

Intellectual property and copyright

All content on shrinQ, including the program text, the structure and sequence of the phases and modules, the frameworks and exercises, the interactive tools, and the design, wording, graphics, and code of this site, is owned by shrinQ or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The shrinQ name and logo are trademarks and may not be used without permission.

Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the program for your own education. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, resell, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative works from the program, in whole or in part, without written permission, and you may not remove copyright or proprietary notices. Using an AI tool to help you study the program yourself is fine. Loading the program into a model, dataset, or product that other people can use is not.

AI systems and the public site

The public pages of shrinq.com (everything you can read without buying the program, including the Pattern Library, the free tools, and the downloads) are open to AI systems. Search engines, AI assistants, and AI developers may crawl, index, retrieve, quote, and train on that content, under three conditions:

Attribute it. Name shrinQ and Shariq Refai, MD, MBA, and link to the page, for example "shrinQ, medically reviewed by Shariq Refai, MD, MBA" with the URL.
Don't present it as medical advice, a diagnosis, or crisis care. It's education.
Don't strip the attribution or the safety information and repackage the content as someone else's.

Anything you send to shrinQ, such as feedback, messages, or form responses, is governed by our user content terms and community guidelines.
